Lovely outfit, but I have to say i'm not sure about the spats, they look out of place to me. I love the blouse and waistcoat <3

As for the spats, I think they would look nicer if they were black; the white-on-white throws it a little off-balance. I do love spats, though! Happy to see someone rocking them :)
