i added you to my friends list so that i can keep in touch. email me any time with any questions okay?! curioussquid@livejournal.com
Thankyou EVER SO MUCH for helping me out with this! I'm so overloaded with work at the moment that i can't keep up! :(
So you probably already know that every entry a person makes gets saved in the memories under their user name.
The best way to do this, to help me keep the good day counts on the info page up-to-date, is to add the entries to the memories section by going to the calendar page ( http://community.livejournal.com/daily_intake/calendar ) and then saving them day by day.
When i save entries, in the description field the information usually looks like this: "2006-04-23: daily_intake: bad day". I delete the "daily_intake:" bit so it looks like this: "2006-04-23: bad day". SOmetimes people don't write good day/bad day in the subject field so you have to read their entry and enter it yourslef.
I then categorize using their user name as the keyword. 85lbs was _85lbs before, so her key word is still _85lbs, but the rest shoudl be obvious. You shouldnt have to type their username into the keywords section, it should be already in the list, unless they are a new member and it is their first post.
The "Security" of each memory i set to "members".
Anyway, go to the calendar and have a look around and let me know whether you know what im rambling on about or not lol :)
Nah, don't worry about that, the memories are all i need assistance with, becuase its the most time consuming part, but it needs to be done. i really appreciate it :)
Since you are now a mintainer, you may get called upon by members to deal with dramas and disputes etc in the community sometimes. just use your discretion if this happens and deal with it in the way you think best :)

The last day of entires that i have saved was the 22nd of April, so the next day that needs saving is the 23rd of april ( http://community.livejournal.com/daily_intake/2006/04/23/ )
