I'm Back!!
So, It's been a bit since I posted last. Our modem decided to quit on us so we lost our cable internet. A guy from Charter came out today and took care of it. Needless to say, a lot has happened since my last post. Dad was transferred from St. Joe's to U of M hospital where he spent two or three weeks having lots of tests done and going in and out of his episodes. They have a diagnosis, but they are not sure it's the right one so they are still doing tests. They have him diagnosed with Dementia which more or less means he's slowly losing his mind. He's in a rehabilitation center now, working on getting his moder skills back and also getting strength back. He's lost a nice 15 Lbs while he's been in the hospital. Hey maybe that's what I should do. Get sick and go to the hospital and loose weight that way. lol, any way. He's doing better now, but mom and I wonder how long that will last. One good thing is that Matt's home now so I have a nice strong shoulder to cry on....and an out let for lack of sex. God it feels good to be touched by another human. Hm... what else...My car pooped out on me. Matt and I were on the free way when the transmission decided to start to go. Luckily I was able to get off. We parked in a parking lot and got some food and what not, then I tried to get him to his Dad's house, but the trans totally gave out about three or four miles from his house. His dad came and pushed my car with his impala to his house and it's sitting there till I can get it moved to the repair shop on Tuesday. What a mess this is all turning out to be.
