How fast things change...
I've noticed that when I'm happy or busy I don't post much. Funny how much easier it is to post drama than "everything's fine, I'm doing well."
Moved into my new place little over a month ago, and since then my girlfriend Rachel went from spending a lot of time there to moving in, more or less. And this brings about a lot of adjustments. She's a single mom, and having a child around makes life a lot different. Not to mention, I had been single so long I was starting to get used to it. Part of me misses the freedom, not having to justify to anyone what I do with my time or where I go.
My birthday's coming up in November, and it just happens to land on Turkey Day. Guess I'll be celebrating with friends on the previous weekend, Saturday the 18th... and since there happens to be a big event at Eclipse that night, might as well make an evening of it!
