At my Mom's Again
So My mom didn't want me driving all the way into town from Camp Ten Rd in Elmira(just outside of Boyne Falls) tomorrow for work, so I decided to come home tonight so she wouldn't worry about me, It was snowing but the roads were pretty clear and I could see a few feet in fron of me until I hit Crozier Rd(it turns off of Deer Lake)So from this point on I'm only driving 25 as my top speed because I can barely see in front of meI'm almost on Jaquay when some asshole with 4 wheel drive comes sppeding by and splashes slush all over my window and the weight off it made a load noise and made me jump, as I'm turning onto jaquay my car slid a little so I almost didn't make it onto the road, so now I'm drive 5-10 mph, because the first part of jaquay has those turns with deep ditches on either sideI can see that someone is behind me, so just after I come out of the last curve I try to pick up speed just a little and my car spins so I'm completely sideways on the road, I straighten it back out and as I'm driving the little ways further to my driveway I'm thanking god for not sliding on the turns and for the person behind me not hitting me, I get in the house and I'm shaking a little....
so that was tonight, In other news... Annie still hasn't had the baby, Wednesday she has an induction scheduled so he is going to be here next week... I have more hours at my job now, instead of 8 hrs every two weeks I'll have 32 hours (I work 12 hours every weekend now) so looking forward to my next paycheck being more than $50 :P... My car is leaking gas I think it's a hole in the top of the tank, because the first 1/2 tank is gone fast when I fill it up and the second half will last a couple weeks (I I go into to town and back maybe 4 times out of the week) I need to get it checked to be sure though
