I went to Kim and Sarah's tonight for a going away bash of sorts. They're leaving for AustinTX, somewhere in Colorado and New Mexico for a month and a half. I will not be jealous. I will not be jealous.
Damn. Didn't work.
Well, the sitch is this: after graduation, four months are mine to do whatever the fuck I want. Go to Costa Rica, hit Spain or just sit on my ass. It's mine, damn. it.
I love the night and the mystery of what's to come. Watching a ball of fire drop out of the sky, myriad colors blending and bleeding in the foreground, to break into dawn on the other side of the world. On the blackest of nights, the moon, casting shadows on my face, allows me to drink in the silent serenity of night.
And then I just look at the clock and say damn, I need to get my arse in bed.
