no meat, no smoke, no more

So after a bunch of research into the subject, a lot of gagging at what I found out, and a couple of expensive trips to the grocery store, I have completely rid my life of meat. Most dairy too...I don't eat it any more on purpose, but you'd be surprised how many products have milk in them. Tricky little food companies.
I'm not going to be preachy on the subject, but I will defend my points if anyone decides they want to be a dickhead about it. It just a healthier option, and actually better for the world in so many ways, which I won't go into because everyone should do their own research if they so choose.
I already had not eaten red meat for like a year and half, due to some reading I did about fast food and the whole process a cow goes through to become your hamburger. It was actually really easy to drop red meat after I found out all of the disgusting things that happen to it in the process. Then, recently, after more research into the whole rest of the process of factory farming, it was pretty easy to drop the rest.

Oh yeah and smoking I'm pretty sure is out too....it lost its appeal to me all of a sudden...so why keep doing it? so yeah my last one went flying out the window this morning on my way to work...done with that shit.
