Had a great, relaxing weekend (without booze as well!). Went out exploring last night with seb, after an obscenely huge chicken schnitty at the courty. Went out in the back alley (where no cool kids could see us) and tried to play skateboards for old times sake. I landed my first ever pop shove it! (though it was probably by accident.) Snuck into a cool waterfront construction yard with scenic views of the anzac and harbour bridges, and ayers rock-size dirt mounds to run up and down, sit on, smoke some jazz cigarettes and contemplate the universe. I think the general premise was along the lines of “hey imagine if you lived in like a huge building where you could see all the city from the roof and there was a big waterslide connecting all the levels… yeah.. and it was like also a boat so you could go anywhere… well except like czechoslovakia cos its landlocked… and not really a country anymore…”
Also risked life and limb climbing over a pointy fence to get into an old stadium seaty thingy in petersham, where it appeared a local hobo had already taken up residence.
Slept in really late today, then went for a big bike ride and a curry. Now I got beer, I got me stubbie holder with the naked chick on it, my arctic monkeys cd back, and I got two more days off!
