I'm baa-aaack....
I've not been on LJ for far too long... I've been busy(er) than normal, but I've started to get this level of busy working with still living how I want to.
I've only read the first page of posts in my friends list - if there were any particular posts I should see (pretty much since the start of December,) just let me know.
Way is great. Yeah, Way, that one guy that I'm going to marry? He's still around (and how!) He makes me sooooo happy. We have so many random similarities. Check it out... we are both one of eleven children, we both have long names (Mines Joshua Michael John Marie Vianney Marlatt Lynch) (I don't know his full name yet...,) we both switch, we have very disparate movie tastes that mesh into each other well... There are others, but they're not on the tip of my fingers at this point.
I'm still working at Red Robin, as soon as we can promote my GM on to bigger better things I'll be moving from hourly (read: works about 12 of 14 shifts a week, only gets 40 hrs from it) to salaried w/ chances for bonuses and such, and a more regular schedule... one that includes -days off-
Way is looking for work, he quit his job up at Quail Spring to move down to Norman with me. He's temping at Bed Bath & Beyond in Moore - opening soon - and is likely to get a permanent job there. They've asked him to fill out an app to transfer from the Temp Agency etc... but nothings official yet so on wood, right?
