Presumed Puzzled by Parnell Hall (Puzzle Lady #17)
As I expected, it was a rewrite of Presumed Innocent. It looks like they had Paula dead to rights for her husband's murder, literally finding her over his body with the knife in her hand. Cora doesn't like it, it's too pat. She starts investigating. Unfortunately, the more she digs the more she finds evidence that Paula's being framed... by Cora! I admit I didn't see the solution. An excellent read. Current novel in series.
Wicked Charms by Janet Evanovich (Wicked #3)
Leslie and Diesel have to find another enchanted stone. This one is the Stone of Avarice. A surprize ending. After the first two novels, Wicked Appetite and Wicked Business both ended up with the enchanted stone in Diesel's hands, this one ends with the stone in Wulfstan's hands, he's the enemy. Maybe the series won't be as formulaic as I thought. Current novel in series.
