Bad Timing at Work
1.) First the fire alarm goes off, THEN they send out an email stating that the alarm company will be testing the system sometime today.
2.) Most of my reports are designed so people can fill out gummint forms... which naturally keep changing. My immediate boss arranges for a meeting with herself, myself and Yvonne who has to fill out large numbers of forms. Less than ten minutes into the meeting, the receptionist announces that the Taco Truck has just pulled into the parking lot and I'm sitting alone in my boss's office.
It's been one of those days!
