Heritage-y Tomato Plants (and Moonflowers)

Jun 21, 2011 00:28

So I have a couple dozen tomato plants I need to sell.

The idea was to have a yard sale but I got sick and didn't get support that I was counting on (other family people got sick too)

Tomato varieties: brandywine, Green Zebra, gold nugget, Sasha's Pride

Brandywines are the biggest, just over 30cm tall.

So between 2 and 5 bucks each. (OVER a foot tall - that's from the soil to the top leaves)

I planted them weeks ago and they're growing merrily away in the spare room with the window open.
South facing.
Reared organically (but in milk cartons or disposable cups)
certified organic seaweed plantfood and potting mix.

also started some moonflower vines. They resemble morning glory but act less weed-like. blossoms open in the evening/late afternoon and are fragrant.

Google plant names for more info.  I need to plant my share soon and don't want to take the BEST plants necessarily.
