1). have my email address
2). SEND OUT a 'hold' notice via email instead of postcard format- with which I am VERY familiar

According to the last sentence, if I reply promptly, delivery will be terminated.  *blinkblink*  WELL it's a good thing that
A). the delivery "will be delivered" to me anyway
B) I could always contact my bank for a new bank card for FREE and pick it up in person
and C). I don't believe their lying pants-on-fire asses!
