Colours of weather

Last night, at (the new) 6:30 or so, the clouds, snow, and soon-to-set sun created a pale golden glow - the kind that might be found in a "snowy sunset" Maxfield Parrish painting.

NOW, the snow is still falling and the lightening sky is a kind of delicate pale violet.  I think I have a shirt to match.  ;)
