The "lottery ticket" did not pay out. If I wasn't being so damnably oblique about these comments, you would all know that this is very bad news. Because I'm being obscure, you don't know that I have no clue how to deal with this, and no one with whom to deal with it with.

Thank you. I'd love it if *it* gets better, but what is more likely is that I'll learn to cope, which is sometimes as much as you can hope for.

You know you have someone to deal with it with. You just have to let them, instead of pushing them away. Ask them, instead of expecting them to hunt you down. Come out with it, instead of hiding under the table. Dammit !!!

Kinda had to hide it ... well, maybe not this post, which was after her response. But frankly, if I could easily reach out to others I probably wouldn't be quite this messed up in the first place, and probably wouldn't *need* to reach out in these situations.
