American Idol semi-finals
Though I didn't follow religiously, I caught about half of the performances this season.
We're now down to Kris, Danny, and Adam. I was never taken by Allison. Danny and Adam have been front-runners ever since the auditions, and deservedly so. However, I've always rooted for Kris. I just like his more understated performances. He's got a humble charisma about him, and though that goes against the killer instinct that Simon demands, I think it effectively endears him to the audience.
This is definitely a great group this season and kept the race interesting. Unlike the one season that was essentially the Melissa Doolittle show the whole way through until her surprise elimination caused all enthusiasm to grind to a halt.
