Toshiba gets my Most Improved Laptop Manufacturer award. We opened up a new model and first thing that we saw after opening the box flaps was a sticker on the flap and a cardboard insert over the computer that said STOP, do not return computer to store and gave a number to contact instead. My fellow agents and the computer sales folk I showed it to were excited, and we even took celebratory photos. Then I also noticed they put a sticker (black print on clear background on black plastic, so not the ideal color choice) that indicated the Wi-Fi on/off switch. Too many people before didn't realize there was a switch, and for some fucking retarded reason the default position is Off.
