Well, I guess it's not like the price has dropped since launch in March (aside from maybe a few sales or isolated clearances), but somebody bought one of my copies of WipEout Pure for PSP. My price on half.com was $35, and it still sells for $39.99. I've had a small stash of PSP games I got on the cheap thanks to EB's ludicrously exploitable deal during the PSP launch. I used a couple of them for trade-in fodder at GameRush, but I'm beginning to wish I just held onto them, since crazy people are in a Christmas buying mood. In the end I'll get about $30 after shipping and packaging; if I did the GameRush deal, it's only worth about half a $50 game. And I guarantee I didn't spend anywhere near $20 for each of these to begin with. It's no Xbox 360, but looks like I'm still able to turn a profit.
You know what else is ridiculous? I was tipped off on this by someone on cheapassgamer.com looking for the game. Apparently DDR Mario Mix is selling upwards of $70 even up to $100 on eBay! At the two BestBuy's here in OP and in Orlando, these don't seem to be in any short supply, but I guess the situation is very different elsewhere. There are quite a few $90 BIN's in a couple eBay Stores, and I don't know if those have been selling briskly, but the normal auctions are going for stupid high. I think I'll try to pick up a couple and put them up for auction. I don't give out sales tips often, but if you try this out, I'm expecting some thanks.
