What? Another dream.
So this dream's cast consisted of high school acquaintances (versus my college ones in my evening dream). And we were in some sort of theme park, specifically in an oriental-themed setting.
I don't know if we were in the theme park to begin with but the dream start off with me doing a marathon project. I'd discovered too late that I needed some not-easily-obtainable-without-serious-effort-in-contacting-the-right-people-but-who-and-where-are-these-people samples. Something like virgin sheeps blood. Or was it seal's blood? Or the alternative was something equally as weird from a shark. I don't remember how short my timeline was, but I concluded that I was royally fucked for not having realized the need for these things earlier. But as the dream went on, I was getting the impression that I actually had enough time if I'd just get started.
So yadda, yadda wandering around the oriental area... For some reason I was in the position of having to go through some ultra-high stakes Mortal Kombat duel in the large auditorium. I was told I had to compete using Mileena, but I wasted so much time scrolling through the game's options in an effort to practice, I never really got a chance to. So the person in charge just made both of us competitors into some generic woman character equipped with schmitar-ish swords. The fight was in real life, and the area was filled with various followers/support-teammates for both of our sides. My strategy turned into taking down this support before going after my main enemy. Though I'd slice away at people, it seemed to only leave cuts instead of deadly wounds. In the end, I won. And I was left my sword to play with. So I walk up to my friends in the crowd still waving it to and fro, careful of all the people moving about during the post-match. I got bored and wanted to put it down, but I was fearful of less-trained and less-careful people picking it up to play with themselves.
And I think that was about it. Who knows how my report/project went...
