I've decided I'm going to shower at night, I'm so sick of this ice cold morning shower routine. I'd much rather freeze my ass off at night, then climb into a toasty warm bed. As opposed to leaving my private womb at a sparrow's fart, teeth chattering, trying to dry myself off on freezing cold tiles, cursing out the day ahead of me. It makes sense! I'm so not a morning person, so you can kiss my ass, alarm clock.

As of the past 2 years, I've always been heavily into the use of Hypnosis with regard to my goals and motivation levels. I think it works and you could say I'm a bit of an addict. Nothing beats laying in a comfortable space experiencing total deep relaxation. I'm a bit hesitant to tell people this because I'm usually reminded of how weird I am. However, it's your lucky day because I don't really care about that at the moment. So, now, for your entertainment, I give to you:

Initially as you begin to use your very powerful life enhancement program, you may find it rather difficult to maintain consciousness while listening to this hypnotic part of the program. After a while, however, you will find it easier and easier to maintain consciousness throughout the recording and you should not become concerned if you find that you drift in and out of consciousness, because your subconscious mind will listen to these very powerful and helpful messages regardless. And so you should begin to practice maintaining a full consciousness while listening to this recording.

As the hypnotic part of this session now begins, I want you to know that for any reason at all you needed to open your eyes and come wide awake, you will be able to do so, easily and automatically. I want you now to find a place where you wont be disturbed for about an hour. Somewhere you can lay or sit comfortably. I want you to loosen any tight clothing and to allow yourself to simply begin to relax....

And as you begin to relax, I want you to pick a spot on the wall or on the roof, and I want you to simply begin to gase at that spot, in a day dream focus. And in a moment I'm going to count backwards from 10 to 1. And with each backward count you can simply relax a little more. And any time before I get to 1, I want you to simply allow your eyes to close and my voice will go with you now... from 10... 9... 8... 7... More relaxed... 6... 5... The consious mind can wander thats quite OK... 4... 3... 2... 1 .... eyes closed...
