Yeah! I'm testing voip stuff. This is super exciting. If anyone wants to try give me a call or message for testing(using any sip client), the sip number is under the aol instant messenger spot. There are many sip clients. Here is a site for one:

There are sip clients for the mac but I do not know them.
If this works great after a month or two of testing I might buy a voip hardware phone and get voip service(which actually costs money).
To use the voice stuff you need a microphone though. Does anyone know any good brands of microphones and/or headsets for computers?
