Last night I made that post. I just got the picture from a random google image search of 'possum'.
Responses are slowly coming in.
"Is your http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/laf/790545640.html posting a joke? If not, I hope someone else has told you by now that that's not a cat. It's an opposum, and it's not a very good idea for you to keep it in your home. They're not domesticated animals."

Are you going to simply lock your cat door? Or, rehome her or him?

Nice response. But I can't help but think that this lady actually kept a few possums as pets in her time.
"I was just on craigslist posting for my lost pet and saw your Found Cat! Thanks for the laughs on this sad day. Had a possum that used to come into my house and sleep in the cat's bed and eat the dog's food and would hiss at me if i woke her up during her naps."
