Wet Cement
It's been so long since I've updated. In a word life has stayed much the same but in reality everything has changed.
The things that remain: Still live in the same old place with many of the same people, still searching for something that fills not just hours but expectations, still loving Sean exponentially more each day and still wondering if I should go back to school in a year.
The things that changed: No more car because of a fatal engine problem waiting to happen, no more job at Allan Bros because of their inability to value my work or time, no more animal products (go Vegan!) and now for the first time ever a chance to get my writing published in the Insurgent. Also, the ever nearer possibility of moving to Portland.
I guess I'd say that I feel for the first time in months that I'm claiming my life. Its scary to be going in a different direction than most but I also feel more free. I encourage everyone to take a risk and do the thing your heart tells you. If the job sucks, quit, if your lifestyle is making you stressed change it and most of all don't listen to what anyone says about how you should live your life.
