It is a bit strange.
Just a few days or so there was like tons of people around. Jeff came by. Baby showed up for a bit. Jackie and Rey stayed for a few days. My brother surprised me and Shane's mom is always around. Glenn and his girls came for a little visit. Rachael and I had talked about it, didn't think she would be able to tow her sister and dad up here. But once she sets her mind to something, there is no stopping her. Even caught a glimpse or two of Spike. It was great, really great having everyone either come by the hospital, or the house...in some cases both.
Now, I could practically hear a pin drop.
With the kids improving so much every day I was finally persuaded to go further then just outside the hospital doors. And who pulled off such a miracle? My husband. From the car to the absolutely exquisite Victorian styled inn he found just outside of town. I don't know how he did it, but Shane made me fall even more in love with him.
Love...interesting subject as of late. I would love to know what the hell is going on in the minds of some people. I know I have been in this bubble that didn't extend too much past my children and husband, but I am quickly coming out of this and I am not happy with what I see. And what I have heard.
I think I better sleep now...dreams need to dreamt.
