After many years of being unsettled regarding money, we have been relatively comfortable for the last 6 or 7 years. My husband is our sole breadwinner right now, but his company is in the process of being sold and it is likely he will be unemployed within 6 months. I haven't worked since our daughter was born 13 years ago, so it's scary for me.
