Daesung was in a car accident....basically there was a motorcyclist that was in a hit and run was supposedly dead when a taxi stopped so he could call 911 and then Daesung came and went around the taxi but ran over the motorcyclist
he wasn't under the influence but he was driving over the speed limit
he spent 5 hours at the police station for questioning
Basically as of now he may be charged for reckless driving and hitting the taxi, but is not responsible for killing the motorcyclist.

UPDATE: While they don't think Daesung is behind the motorcyclist's death for now it was found that Daesung was over the speed limit driving at 80kmph in a 60kmph zone, so he will be charged for speeding. They are still investigating whether the motorcyclist died before or after Daesung arrived. For now though, they're assuming the man died before he arrived due to the hit and run. They also explained details about the accident and there was a taxi and another car in front of Daesung, those two were able to avoid the body, but Daesung didn't see it and then crashed into the taxi. UPDATE: It's been revealed that Daesung was not under the influence of alcohol and is currently speaking to police about the accident. Reports have revealed that the man on the motorcycle was hit by a hit-and-run, not from Daesung himself. When a taxi driver stopped to assess the situation and help the motorcyclist, Daesung crashed into the taxi.
There are also conflicting reports that the taxi, once being hit by Daesung, crashed into the motorcyclist killing him. However, it is not clear whether or not this actually occurred and how serious the motorcyclists condition was after being hit by the original car.

Big Bang’s Daesung was involved in a car accident and is currently under investigation.
On the 31st, at around 1:40am in Seoul, Big Bang’s Daesung was driving in an Audi and hit a motorcyclist in front of him. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Daesung is currently under investigation at the Youngdong Police station for possible drunk driving.

On May 31st at approximately 1:40am on the south side of the Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul, it was reported that Daesung crashed into a taxi and an anonymous motorcyclist that was already passed out on the street.
While the taxi driver stopped his car to help the motorcyclist, who was hit by a previous hit-and-run accident, Daesung crashed into the stopped taxi, killing the motorcyclist. After the accident, police arrived and gave Daesung an alcohol test. It was revealed that Daesung was not under the influence of alcohol. He is now at the police station for further investigations.
