Mead Update
I racked my mead again today. It's still nowhere near drinkable, but it's amazing the transformation from late April. The flavors are starting to come together and it looks like both will be somewhat on the dry side. I'm not sure if I'm going to sweeten them up yet. I'm going to give it about 6 more months before deciding.
Tomorrow I'm going to help Wahyagar with some manual labor, he'll help me throw out a broken freezer, and if time permits I may start a blackberry (or raspberry) wine.
Oh, and if any of you know anyone who wants to buy a 1 bedroom condo (approx 1k sq ft) in Reston, VA, lemme know. =P
