Perils of renting your house
Our landlords did a walkthrough the other day. The house was clean, and we haven't damaged it.
Today, we got a 30 day notice, and have to be out by June 30th. This.... sucks.
We think they gave notice because of all the brick mortar work that needs done, and the kitchen and patio need new flooring. All stuff we can't control, and didn't damage, but is much easier with no renters there.
So we're house hunting. Hoping to buy, if possible. This is the second house we've rented where this has happened. I'm tired of having to leave at the whims of landlords, so I'm really hoping we're able to buy a house.
