Just so everyone know, my cat got hit by a car. He has a severely broken pelvic bone that prohibits them from doing anymore X-rays. They don't think he has any spinal damage because he can feel his legs and his tail. They expect him to recover to almost if not completely normal as long as he doesn't have any other internal injuries. I hope he will be ok. Pray for him, ok?
