So, I ventured out, beyond my safe comfy walls, and had a great time...maybe too much so.
I went the lazy way out this morning, and called into work. They've been getting too much of my time lately.
The evening started off rather sour. The lovely gentlmen in the shiny reflective coats, who I am supposed to be paying to park my car said, "You take care of me, and I got you." Excuse me!? I'm paying you $10 to watch my car, and you want me to take care of you? I don't think so. So I promptly drove around angrily until a found a well lit spot with many cars.
Anywho, after a brief walk, I made it in. I did much drinking, but didn't get obnoxious, and saw a lot of old friends. I danced, (a few times agaisnt my will) conversed, and had a great time. I stopped going out very much a while back, so I can't say that it's going to be a huge loss for me personally with no more alchemy, but the loss will be felt.
On another note, I've moved to an earlier shift at work. This should make me available around normal hours, hoepfully with the intention of getting out more. So uh, that's about it. Whee!
