Drow in Dragonlance?
We'd just come back from a successful adventure. We filtered back into our base which was nice and open, made of stone amongst a forest. I looked around and noticed one of those flying castles from DragonLance moving towards us. It was a great mass of dark storm clouds with a pointy bit of rock underneath it, and it wasn't good. I noticed another one coming in from another direction and told my team members to take that one, I'd take the one I'd seen first. I flew up into it.
I ended up in a dorm room. It was brightly lit, lots of light coming in, with a modern design. I was crouching on the floor, hiding from the drow in the room, stuffing bullets into clips. The whole clip set up was strange and I wasn't sure why I was even preparing bullets. 2 women came out of the bathroom, they were discussing the invasion and preparing as if it were a party. They somehow had the idea that we had a lot of porn stars and were giggling about what they'd do if they captured one. I realised that the clips I was packing were for a dog, which I didn't have, so I gave them up and slipped out of the room.
I ended up on a balcony overlooking a common area. I had 2 mooks to my right: they wouldn't be any trouble, but 2 drow women coming up the stairs in front of me looked dangerous enough to take seriously. I cast Delayed Blast Fireball upon them. The front woman had a very lovely face and short blonde hair with a soft curl running through it, she was very cute, and she ran me through with her sword. Right in my guts :( She pulled it out and I described how my blood which was left on the sword peeled off and went back into my body. She was surprised by that. I cast Fireball, and had to convince her that her action had just ended: she'd moved, and had attacked, that was all she could do, it was my turn again. Both the fireball and the delayed fireball went off at once. The 2 mooks to my right were obliterated but the 2 women in front of me weren't even singed. The cute woman explained that she had fused with some fantastical device to get massive regeneration, and I ran :)
I took the balcony out of the building and leapt over the edge, falling head first down the side of the building. I fell past what looked like cafeteria areas and I raked them all with bullets as I fell. I landed in a small courtyard and ran out the exit which was a small alcove, with 2 very modern looking shops either side. One looked like a restaraunt, the other had the feel of a bar. I tossed a grenade in each and kept going. This opened out into a large area with sparsely spread out trees. I saw a sign written on paper nailed to a tree with a name which I took to be their staging area, and went in that direction. I met a group of people in matching white t-shirts with red writing, and they looked familiar, like they were my team or something. They tried to tell me that I couldn't go where they'd just came from but I argued my way past them and kept going.
The area here was slightly more wooded and I noticed the cute blonde woman from before with some more people. I hid behind a tree and watched as they pulled out a model cow on wheels, with a rope to pull it along. It looked like they were setting up some sort of trap for me. I noticed the blonde woman sitting off to the side a little and snuck around to chat with her.
