I just saw Master and Commander (again) with Mom, because she wanted to see it. I forgot what I good movie it is- plus the fact that I think Paul Bettany (the doctor) is gorgeous:)
I have odd taste, as we all know lol. The guy who plays Pulling isn't too bad either... and I'm a sucker for the accent. So that actually made me feel a lot better.
I just pray there isn't too much traffic tomorrow- if there is Mom will be in a HORRIBLE mood and I really don't feel like putting up with it.
Ms. Page FINALLY posted the Bio homework.
Easler is such an asshole. He made this new "English Language Policy" for a more total immersion in English for the International Students. This means that ALL STUDENTS MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL TIMES DURING THE ACADEMIC DAY. For those of you that don't know, I go to a semi-boarding school with lots of international students studying in America- and thus learning English.
However, this policy means that if you are eating lunch with someone of your country, you CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE. If you are Korean and eating at a table of ALL KOREANS, you MUST SPEAK ENGLISH. I understand Easler's reasoning somewhat- the total immersion thing- but talking to people whose English is just as bad as your own won't help. Arg. That pisses me off so much.
At the moment I'm trying to cheer up Christine who is despairing about college. She can get into BC, I know she can!!!!:D
So I'm feeling much better thanks to Eric and Master and Commander. And Christine, somewhat. And of course Anne, who put one of my quotes in her profile. I love that girl!
So I'm out, and feeling much better. Lovies all!
