13. Bite Me by Christopher Moore
This book is... pretty absurd. And given Christopher Moore's other novels, that's saying something. Bite Me is the third in a series of novels about vampires, and it suffers a bit from "typing up loose ends" syndrome. There are a few things which I feel were a little too rushed, some plot lines which were tied off in a way I felt was out of character, new characters thrown in which didn't get the full Christopher Moore treatment, and the narration of Abby Normal via Angsty Blog Post were really annoying and sometimes hard to plow through. Fortunately, Moore packs more funny things into a single page than most authors put in a whole humor novel, so while I didn't find Abby's style of narration particularly amusing, I did find the things she was narrating amusing. It's a decent book. It's not his best book, but Moore at his worst is still pretty damn funny.
