I was thinking...

yeah I do that sometimes. think at any rate.

I work with this one woman who has a side business as a home appraiser/realtor. She was talking about where the market is and because you were wondering Dave, why people who make less than you have a house and you dont. She said its because with the way things are going most of the time someone can afford a house worth 3 times more than what they make. And being limited on time, I wasnt able to ask her what that meant.

And on to the subject of just buying land and building on it, I was wondering if that would work out financially in the long run. What if you pay x amount of money to have a home built, and get cheap shitty work? I guess that all depends on who you have do it. I mean just from looking at homes built like that, sure it may look fancy on the outside but most of the time its cheaply built and therefor starts to fall apart quickly. SO lets say that you hire a good contractor and pay a lot or relativly a lot of money to get something built, does that cost more or equal to the amount of say if you bought just right off the market?

Just curious. I worry a lot sometimes, because where I am right now and how long I think it will take to get to the point where I can even attempt to look at having a house.. well its kind of scary. I dont see any way that I am going to ever be able to afford that. And I surely dont want to be living in an apartment for the rest of my life because thats pretty much taking the rent money and burning it, because there is no end result.

Then I begin to think that the only way possible would be to go in with someone else. SO! that said, will live in box (fluffing inc?) for a home!

also, maybe I should go sit outside with a sign that says, artist fer hire, will werk fer $$ draw nething u wants!
