Dave, that picture was an instantaneous LOL at my office. There are different "buckets" you send things to like for instance- dispatch, CAG, takeover and callbacks. so I stuck that on my desk.
however, I have a sneaking suspicion that I am known as the bucket monster girl. which of course, gives me full mauling rights.

When I was in training thats the only thing that came to mind when talking about which bucket to send tickets to. And I firmly belive that lurking somewhere is indeed a bucket monster, virtual or not.
