I just sneezed.
I have yet to find the appropriate name for my little faerie friend from France (alliteration, anyone?), but luckily I have been able to find a lovely Walt Disney quote for each day of the year, so I am not so upset. But soon .. soon I will find the perfect name.
Actually, that reminds me. For any of you planning on going on (or are at least in desire of some information about) the Walt Disney world graduation trip I have been mentioning since freshman year (I am determined to have it go through), if I could just get your email address that you check most often, that would be fantastic. I'd like to start mailing people regularly to give them updates and information and start getting things prepared for some solid planning.
This invitation is going out to all of you who are graduates - it is open invitation (to people from our school or not - as long as they are trusted and responsible friends. This includes males, though it may end up being more expensive for them if there are less of them, since they will be splitting the costs of their own rooms), and while I may be making sure things are organized for the actual trip, you by no means have to stick with me or my plans any further than that and are welcome to explore on your own should you decide to go.
I do have a basic plan as far as what type of tickets to get and what hotels would be the best options for us to save money, but details like that will be covered later on once I start contacting people.
You know how a lot of people once they graduate go off to Hawaii or something? This is like that. Except it's Walt Disney World. Altogether it should not end up costing any more than a trip to Hawaii would, and you would be getting much more out of it money-wise.
Anyway, there are lots of different options, and I am excited to get a-crackin' with plans and things, so the faster I can get the contact info together, the better.
Some basic info about the parks, hotels, tickets, weather, and prices will be covered once I get things together. Seriously though, if you know people that would be interested and can pay for their way they are welcome to come along. Just keep in mind that depending on how large the group is, there may be some splitting-up involved, which I imagine is fine with most people as long as we can keep in contact and meet up at least every once in a while for meals and things like that.
If you are really interested but aren't sure if you can rack up enough money in time, maybe you can ask your folks to help you along for a graduation present? After all, we will all be heading off to colleges all over the country after this, so this would be a nice last-time-together trip. Then again, if you have your sights and your money set for something else, by all means save it for what you think you would enjoy best.
