I finally received an answer from Southland. If we want to get custom song support, we have to convince the management at ten pin alley since they are the one's wanting it to be off.
Also, they know about the 2P up arrow and should be fixing it soon.
Just thought i'd throw that out there for everyone.

Also, we should try to talk to them (TPA) regarding the movement of the machine to replace the Arctic Thunder one. If the actual owners of the machine are saying the decisions are up to the management of the bowling alley, there should be no problem if a few people can help to do this under the supervision of the employees there.
In a completely off the wall notation, we should probably inform employees/management regarding Dean Smith, as well. I know you said he is trying to help by talking to people, but he is also driving other players (and random people watching) away. He talks about his past life dealing with feds, complaining loudly about other customers standing too close or taking pictues, constantly threatening to hit the machine with a table or chair due to volume, and he leaves his trash ON THE MACHINE or ON THE LIGHTS.
Mike and I went there two days ago, and seriously picked up two full baskets of cheese fries/nachos, napkins, two tootsie roll pop wrappers off the bottom marquee lights, empty bottles of soda, and various other odds and ends. Like, the machine is getting tons of money, but crap like that will get it taken away quicker than anything else.
He drove me away from Wilsons for a good while after quitting, due to his creepy nature of trying to steal all of their information on cards, and he creeped me out at JR by constantly asking if I knew how to hack into other machines. I know for a fact he has made more than a few people uncomfortable, other than myself.
Just a thought. Anywoo, I'll e-mail TPA, myself, as Mike and I go there every night, and almost 90% of the staff has at some point made a reference to us about the game.

They haven't responded to me yet, but by all means send away. They'll eventually answer one of us.

I've seen several beer bottle laying around the machine, more than likely belonging to him.
And one time when I was there and he was, he kept talking to me while I was filming and I ignored him, and he called me out on it and said something like "you're so quiet why are you so quiet to me?" and I mean, I'm fucking 17 and you're 40+ with a beer in your hand, wtf? I left 5 minutes later since he was there.
