(no subject)
it seems they always go together for some reason. though ive had my share of bad lately. anyways, ill get to the point.
i got hired on at covance. my first day is the 13th of october. so i will officially have a permanent job that is somewhat i my field. i get my own desk, my own phone and ive never had a job with so many meetings in my life. im really excited and i want to be able to feel happy about it...but...kathy didnt get hired. and shes pissed about it. which means shes completely stopped talking to me and it makes me feel like shit. not to mention everyone at work pointedly invites everyone else to stuff when im around completely ignoring me. anyways. whatever. if they dont want me around i dont really want to be invited. either theyll get over it or ill learn to deal with it.
i dyed my hair last night so it looks decent again. im really excited about that. and i cleaned the kitchen and terry and i cleaned the bedroom. we have a floor again. with broken glass. and no idea what broke. oh well. thats what happens when you pile things so high you have to go through 4 layers of crap to see the floor. nick must've noticed i cleaned the kitchen cause he brought me and terry home pizza hut tonight. which i, in fact, did not get sick from. i was actually quite proud of my stomach for that.
tomorrow im going to tackle my closet in the downstairs bathroom and clean the bathroom with cleaning stuff. then im going to go through my stuff in the closet in the upstairs hallway. it should be good. it should improve my mood greatly to come home to cleanness and relax a bit.
terry interviewed at marshalls. i really hope he gets the job. i think he'll enjoy it. anyways. i suppose i better stop before i get complainy. im drunkish.
