To a certain extent, I think this is true, but to another extent, this may only be true in Kashmir (and other regions where women are denied basic freedoms). After all, now that we have basic freedoms, I think the freedom to have equal say with men over our sex lives and reproductive rights would be a nice addition. But if you don't even have the right to tell your lawmakers that you don't want to be a criminal if you don't cover your head, then what good will the right to go out and have sex without being labelled a slut do you?
