'Detachment'
I had the pleasure of watching this refreshing realistic movie last night with one of my friends. And I was blown away by it's in your face circumstances and how it relentlessly challenge the viewer to experience the film from the character's perspective (however it was a bit hard to watch in certain scenes). Adrien Brody really shines throughout the film, he does a spectacular job when portraying vulnerability and pain in his soul. I also enjoyed his relationship/interaction with the young lady Erica. I won't give anything away instead I'll simply say this, if you have not seen this movie yet, you should, it covers/explores a lot about the pain and suffering that everyone goes through in life, the title says it all.
