Back To Being The Little Freshman On Campus
Woke up this morning at 8 and got ready to go to WSC for my writing placement test. Around 10, Heather got here and we headed over to the school. We went and took the test and then wandered around to 4 of the buildings and found 4 out of the 5 classes we need. Then we headed over to Ely, the Campus Center and I picked up my books. We were supposed to get our student ID's at the same time but we were so freakin hot and hungry that we forgot about them. So we were wandering our way out to the parking lot when 2 guys yelled over and said "You girls aren't leaving are you?" We were like yeah why...so they asked us if we had a second and ran over to us (literally). They were telling us how if they get so many points by selling magazines they'll have money for "books and beer" next semester and can possibly go to Europe. Then the one who was talking to me looked at my watch and goes, "Is that real?" I was like umm yeah. Then we goes, "What is it?" Rofl...I was like umm a watch?! Haha, so he said (after laughing of course), "No, I meant is it a Louie Vaton or a Gucci or something. You know, all those girls carry around those bags." Haha, so I told him it was a Guess watch and that all the bags the girls carry are fake. The other kid that was with him thought I was joking about them being fake. So anyways, we said we weren't interested in the magazines and headed to the car. The guys told us never to buy anything from girls, lol...k guys thanks!
Anyways, we left the school and went to get something to eat, then headed back home so Heather could pick up something she had to drop off for her mom. Then we stopped by my house so I could drop my books off and then she brought me to my eye appointment a Mercy. After my eye appointment I couldn't see of course, so I went to my mom's office and we went to the rug and tile place across from the hospital. We ordered/bought the rug and the tile for the basement, but they won't be in for a while. Then we went to Mr. Shower Door and ordered a shower door, and of course with my luck, that's not coming in for a month! After that we went to Costco so I could get some stuff to snack on while I'm at school and we stopped at Dick's to see if they had the backpack that I wanted. Of course they didn't, but the Enfield one did so they put it on hold. After that we went to Lowe's and bought the sink, mirror and light for the bathroom and then headed to the Enfield Dick's for my backpack. Finally at 8 I got home, but of course I had to leave again to go get gas!
So finally I got home and got my books and shit ready for school tomorrow. I'll be the kewl kid on campus carrying a backpack around. But hey, what do you expect, my books weigh a ton! So after getting all that stuff done I folded the laundry, and now here I am. After 12 hours of non-stop activity, I'm pretty freakin tired! Classes start at 10:25 tomorrow so I'm leaving the house sometime around 9:15. I'm pretty nervous about tomorrow and actually starting...bleh! I hope everything goes well...but you'll hear all about it tomorrow!
I'm out for the night...that was enough typing for one day!
