Jang Geum: She is a good role model to my younger self, just like Oshin. When I was still a child until teenager, I used to look up to Jang Geum as my personal role model. She taught me everything about not giving up and keep perseverant.
Min Jung Ho: He is such a good lover to Jang Geum, I ship him with Jang Geum so hard since I was a child until now. Jang Geum x Min Jung Ho is of my favorite fictional pairings.
Lady Han: She stood out as a mother figure to Jang Geum, Lady Han to Jang Geum is pretty much like Sirius Black to Harry Potter.
Lady Min: She is so funny yet sweet, her spacey attitude and her interaction with either Young Saeng or Chang Yee make me laugh sometimes.
Chang Yee: She is a glutton yet a lovable glutton, her interaction with Lady Min makes me laugh sometimes.
Jang Deok: I think she is kind of quirky, she is snarky and cynical yet on the same time she is a very good teacher to Jang Geum.
Geum Young: Among all the villains of the series, she is the one that has the most redeeming qualities. And I kind of feel sorry for her unrequited love for Min Jung Ho, although I won't ship her with Min Jung Ho.
