what day
last night was for the most part the best night in a loooong time. possibly EVER
the drive to memphis was great..
we rocked HORSE THE BAND...nintendo hardcore. probably the kewlest music i have heard...brought to me by Warren. off the chain...fresh.
so then we get to hwm, pee pee, and go in. sit around
had a good convo with mitch and trish. i love them
first band comes on, i was up front with mitch and trish still..they were pretty good..i give a shout out to let it burn for putting on a nice show.
hot water music comes out..oh my. unbelievable. it was SOOOO good...wow..i had a GREAT time hearing music that inspired so much of me becoming who i am today...
bouncing souls set was fun.. "kate it great" was good...i went to the back to sit down in the middle of hte set. ran up for hot water music/bouncing souls version of "trusty chords" and hopped on stage for "true believers" to sing alone with all 3 bands. it was amazing simply because BLACKBETWEEN had covered that song so many times...
drive home was good. talked to toni most the way.
oh and i saw katie at the show. rock'n hair cut katie...yea.
ALSO saw katie's boyfriend at the show and a friend who won't be named said something along the lines of "yea, he'd kill you, he'd hit you and it would hurt ME.."
i concur to the fullest.
well so i droped jay and jason off, take warren home, head to toni's. ACCIDENTALLY stay for WAY too long..
its all ur fault.. grrr...
ever wonder why people talk horribly about you, then u see them at a show and they are like HEY MAN COME SIT WITH US!!!! HOW DID YOU GET HERE?? ARE U GOING HOME TONIGHT!!??? DID U LIKE HWM???
i mean, a simple "hey whats up, cya" would be sufficient for good manners.
oh well i'm out, church band.
