I have resisted this as long as possible, but well, when you have to strain your eyes like crazy to read some of the smaller stuff on the screen (and believe me, EU-reports are FULL of small stuff..) probably it is better to accept

at any rate you still look lovely in them! and i'm sure you'll get used to the feeling of them on your face. it's like anything else - a wristwatch, jewellery or whatever - it feels weird at first but then it's ok. i never used to wear rings of ANY kind and it was quite weird for me at first to be wearing an engagement/wedding ring, but now my hand feels naked without it. :D

As for the feeling.. I do use sunglasses for driving, but have never gotten used to them. But I guess I will have to (even if as I am typing this I have taken them off, as at the moment I seem to be able to do well without them again :)

I have the opposite problem. I've been short-sighted since childhood, so I'm used to wearing glasses all the time so that I don't say hallo to strange lamp posts. Now, however, creeping presbyopia (and at my ridiculously early age, too!) is forcing me to take my glasses off to read small print, especially in poor light or if I am tired. And I don't like that one bit.
It's all about what you're used to, I think. :-)
