What a way to celebrate the solstice..
..on the road.
Tomorrow morning I am leaving for Germany, and as usual, there are about a zillion things I still have to do. I am dead tired, have some GI upheaval going on (which did NOT keep me from going to my last singing lesson for this year, Yay me, even if I did suck big time, but I didn't chicken out because of tummy problems. Progress.) and I guess I'll go to bed soon, so I'll do the rest tomorrow. My brain is somewhat melted down due to various factors from work overload to SAD, totally f**ed up nutrition (and then I wonder why my intestines freak out..), financial straits and a few more little mental and physical aches here and there.
Ah well. I'll get over it. From tomorrow evening, there will be lots of singing every day and evening, I just KNOW that'll make me feel like a totally different person :)) And my mommy will cook healthy stuff for me, and I'll go to bed early and I'll walk and run and ski and cuddle with the kiddos. Sounds good, doesn't it? In my bleak mood that does seem like another world but I know in less than a day it might be mine. So then. Curaj. Kopf hoch. Su con la vita.
