..I already know I am plural, otherwise I'd sure have to worry about those mood swings ;-)
I do feel a bit better today.. had the BRILLIANT idea to use the breathing technique that works for the panic attacks every time anxiety/obsession/paranoia tries to overtake my poor little brain, and it WORKS :)) I actually slept something like 6 hrs tonight, and that is a record for the last month, even if I woke up a few times.
Yesterday evening I had dinner with a friend, who more or less told me to get my act together because I was nearing the stadium "nervous wreck", which also was visible in my face, making me not exactly more beautiful (the combination haunted eyes-hollowed out cheekbones-dark circles under the eyes might be last-act-violetta but it doesn't suit me very well unless I put up two inches of makeup, which I only do on stage...) and on my body, with an important part of female anatomy slowly disappearing on me, due to continuing weight loss.
So this morning I went to the drugstore instead of the herbalist and got a load of creatinine and other supplements in order to take care of the body and its needs.
I have also set up a 10-point plan I will try to follow from now on:
- Eat regular breakfast, at least 2 slices of wholemeal bread and marmalade, better if also some yogurt and fruit
- Go running every other morning (didn't go for at least 10 days, feeling too weak and tired) because that helps to dispel the tension and stress
- Work concentrated for not more than 1 hr and 30, then go for a walk or do something around the house
- Eat a lunch with carbohydrates in it, this is NECESSARY for those raw nerve sheatings....!
- Try to take a nap, or some sun in the garden
- Work until around 6 pm, interrupted by a light snack of fruit and maybe an energy bar
- Practice singing until around 7.30
- EAT DINNER. EAT DINNER. EAT DINNER. (the last weeks I mostly forgot that detail..). A good dose of high end proteins, like eggs or soy would be ideal, and lots of red/orange fruit
- DONT WORK AFTER DINNER. Go for a walk, read, meet some friends, watch some DVD or TV if there is something interesting.
- Go to bed not after midnight and meditate a bit before trying to fall asleep
Ah yes, if I can do all this, I'll probably feel a lot better by the end of the week :) . At least physically, which is no mean detail after all!!
