A completely different, but very important thought..
.. before I close the computer and start packing..
.. another thing that has been happening over the last weeks is an energetic turmoil which makes me much more sensible to things I perceive (auras and thought forms). I feel more vulnerable, less able to deflect and integrate negative currents, too dispersive. This is something which I have noticed happening to me often around the summer harvest holiday (Lughnasadh). This year, fortunately, with the help of herbal blessing, I did not get sick as most years, but still, I feel too confused and un-centered.
I tend to talk/write a lot about the EFFECTS (and what is happening with Paolo is one of those), but I know I have to meditate about the causes, and about how to confront them.
I hope that the next days, inspired by the beauty of Nature and cleaning immersions in mountain lake water, I will be able to find new strength and equilibrium.
