Since this has the potential to be hilarious (and infuriating on Utena's part, since she is a tad naive at times) we are gonna send her in. Utena may come across Melou around the kitchen, and honestly... she's mystified as to why he is so happy.

"I'm fine," he says, in response to Utena's question. "Why would you think I wasn't?"

He's smiling when he says it, though.

Utena narrows her eyes. “Well I don't know, most people appreciate being happy.”

Melou smirks. "Don't tell you what?"

"I don't know, that's why I'm asking! Would you please stop being difficult for two seconds?"

Utena is just tired of the foolishness. If he did tell her, she probubly wouldn't care due to fact that he was such a dick about it.

"I'm not being difficult," Melou says, looking smug. "I don't know what you're talking about."

"UGHHHH! You're insufferable!" Utena yells and walks away.
