There is glowing red shit all over the town and people are touching those things and wearing them like they're not completely radioactive. I'm guessing this is some weird feature of this town that's been around for a long while, since no one acts like these things are probably going to give us all cancer.

Anyone want to give me an explanation before I start thinking I've lost my mind?
