Ah. A very good question. I hope you don't mind, but I'll probably be too lazy to re-screen this.

My mother is a church secretary. She's a retired teacher and an amazing cook. She sews and crochets and does all kinds of other little crafts. But that's more what she does than what she's like, isn't it?

She's like a Bible-thumping Martha Stewart. Only without the money. She's a penny-pinching, tough-love, German goodwife. She's smart. She's tough. She can be hard as nails when she thinks the situation calls for it, but she'll freak out if there's a real emergency with Dad, me, or my brother. She blames herself (and her poor child-rearing skills) for me not being a Nobel Prize winning scientist or astronaut or multi-billionaire entrepeneur already...

She's changing. She's unapologetic. She's conservative, but she's relatively tolerant. I'm sure I can go on and on, good and bad, but that should give you a general picture.

Sorry I took so long. I had a hard time thinking up a question

If you could go back and witness one historical event, what would it be?

Yea crappy question. I'm really bad at this.

Well, that's a great question, actually... one that led to a lot of interesting thought, at any rate. I mean, with the promise of 100% honesty, I really couldn't just take the first thing that popped into my mind. We are, after all, talking about only one of billions and billions of particular moments throughout history ( ... )
